Testing
Most students will be required to take a variety of tests during their high school career.
This page will help keep students and parents informed of the testing schedule at Landstown High School and Technology Academy. If you have any questions concerning testing, please contact Ms. Twyman; she is our school’s remediation and testing coordinator. Please continue to check these pages for updates.

Advanced Placement Testing Information
Advanced Placement courses provide students with an opportunity to experience
college level work while they are still enrolled in high school and to
challenge themselves academically. An expectation of each Advanced Placement
course is that students will take national exams, which are scheduled
for May 2008. Students who score well on these assessments may
receive credit from colleges and universities for their performance. Each
college or university sets its own policy regarding the awarding of credit
for Advanced Placement scores. Students are encouraged to check with the
college or university they plan to attend to obtain more information about
the individual school’s advanced standing procedures.
